Tubedesign fittings are supplied with stainless steel setscrews.
The only tool required to tighten the setscrew is a simple allenkey.When tightened to a torque of 4.1kg/m(29ft/b),the setscrew is capable of withstanding an applied slipload of 900kg.This torque cannot be achieved using an allen key,but can be obtained when the setscrew isfully tightened using a ratchet key and a correctly set torque wrench.Tubedesign fitings are available in 5standard
sizes: A27,B34,C42,D48,E60.
There are multiple options for the surface of the product:
1. Rust proof oil treatment.(cheap)
2. Electrogalvanizing treatment.(corrosion-resistant)
3. Hot dip galvanizing followed by electroplating galvanizing.(Corrosion resistant and beautiful)
4. Spray painting.(can choose more beautiful colors)
5. Spray painting.(can choose more beautiful colors)We will recommend the most suitable surface treatment method based on the product's usage scenario.
Products can achieve the desired framework structure through their own design. No special skills are required during installation, only an Allen wrench is needed to quickly set it up. And it can be disassembled and reassembled repeatedly, and the design scheme can be changed at any time
