The main materials of our products is nodular cast iron（QT450-10,QT500-7,QT550-5),malleable iron （KTH300-06,KTH350-10)，Gray cast iron（HT150,HT200,HT250)，Carbon steel material。our company adopts more advanced casting method of coated sand, and the product surface is very beautiful, which solves many casting quality problems.We use uniform steel as raw material, and add specific elements quantitatively in the later stage, so the material stability is extremely high.

Our company has annealing furnace, grinding equipment, shot blasting equipment, shaping equipment, thread processing equipment and CNC lathe.In order to improve the production efficiency and quality stability of products, we will make special processing equipment and inspection tools for products.

Surface treatment method is hot dip galvanizing，electrogalvanizing，electrophoresis，enamel，spraying plastics。We can customize the most reasonable surface treatment method according to product requirements and test results.For example, the combination of two surface treatment methods can give full play to the advantages of two surfaces at the same time, so that the quality of products is greatly improved.
